Because we recognize that data extraction is a form of modern resource colonization, š̌aqʷ x̌ax̌aʔ Studios enforces an ironclad, non-negotiable data sovereignty policy. We believe that a youth's internal mental state should never be converted into commercial metrics or stored on third-party cloud servers.

Our apps do not collect, monitor, scrape, or log usernames, location, device IDs, biofeedback inputs, or somatic response data.
✦ 100% Offline Processing
All app mechanics, somatic audio synthesis, and haptic feedback loops execute strictly in-device. The apps do not make active web network calls.
✦ No Tracking or Cookies
We do not utilize tracking pixels, analytics cookies, advertising networks, or background telemetry. There are no corporate surveillance integrations.
✦ Safe For Tribal Schools
Because we collect no student data, our apps fully comply with FERPA, COPPA, and tribal child protection safety rules out of the box.
Sovereignty Statement: Any and all configuration preferences stored within your local web storage (LocalStorage) remain encrypted on your physical device. If you delete the app or clear your browser cache, all locally saved configurations are permanently erased.

These apps are designed specifically for use by youth advocates, school counselors, behavioral health specialists, tribal community centers, families, and individuals navigating emotional overwhelm. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these tools for healing and centering.
Corporate Protection & Anti-Appropriation Clause
The layout systems, Lushootseed linguistic themes, traditional Coast Salish aesthetic alignments, and custom-written Web Audio synthesis scripts contained within these apps are protected as **Indigenous Cultural Intellectual Property (ICIP)**.
Strict Restriction: Any commercial extraction, reproduction, resale, packaging, or reverse-engineering of these assets by non-tribal corporate entities, venture capital firms, or mainstream technology distributors is strictly prohibited. This software belongs to the sovereign community under the stewardship of š̌aqʷ x̌ax̌aʔ Studios and its parent entity, Healing Hawk Studios LLC.
